Victoria’s Strobe Trance

Victoria is coming to visit her best friend Karly, but instead she finds Karly’s dad there, almost seemingly waiting for her. Karly’s dad starts a video on the TV which is a strobe of colors flashing rapidly before Victoria’s eyes. She’s almost instantly captivated by it. As long as the strobe is playing on the TV, Victoria is a mindless puppet for Karly’s dad to play with
