Cable Man

The cable man gets framed for a crime he didnt commit and finds himself at the mercy of a twisted sociopath; his customer, Miss de Lacy, seems to get a perverse sexual thrill from hurting innocent men, and even uses the poor chumps own cables to punish him in a vicious whipping. It only gets worse for him from there.
