Small Dick Loser

I would like a serious opinion of my penis size. On average, Im 3.5 inches. Sometimes, if Im really hard, I can almost hit 4 inches. It would be neat if you could compare my size to something too. Im circumcised as well. Whats your view on uncut vs cut? Are cut guys smaller?
