Exposure Therapy - Session 4

So proud of you for making it to Exposure Therapy, session 4. We still have a long way to go if youre going to be successful at this. I have faith that if you stick to the program, we can get you fixed up sooner than you think. This session is all about loading your brain up with image after image in rapid fire succession.
