Brooke Pays Her Debt

Brooke is a hostess for a swanky party and Penelope is catering for it. After complaining about the service, Brooke reluctantly pays Penelope. But when her credit card is declined, Penelope tells the party guests to gather around and watch what she does to deadbeats.
