Able Seaman J.Thomas is brought before a judicial disciplinary hearing for endangering his fellow crewman due to wanton negligence. He is given the option of a custodial sentence or to receive a corporal punishment and deal with the infringement immediately. After making his choice, the female officer takes her time administrating a strict judicial caning.
