The bitter taste of failure lingers on my tongue as the dreaded pink slip crumples in my trembling fist. "Sorry John, were downsizing. Your position has been eliminated." Mr. Jennings voice echos in my mind as I trudge through the front door, unable to meet Kendras eyes. Shes been financing this family for months now, working overtime while I collect unemployment, feeling more and more like a pathetic loser with each passing week. I cant bear to face her disappointment again, but then she surprises me with a mischievous smirk. "Ive found the solution to our woes, dear." She grabs my hand, leading me to the bathroom where a woman with blonde hair and a "Lexi" name tag awaits in a top and tiny skirt. "Meet my colleague. Shes going to teach you how to be more useful around here as a sissy maid. Because lets face it John - you make a better chick than a man these days." Kendra scoffs, roughly tugging at my belt. "Take off your pants and shirt. Its time wife starts getting the sissy service she deserves." Lexi licks her glossy lips, eyeing me like a predator stalking wounded prey. I cringe, but obey my wifes command. What choice do I have? At this point, Id do anything to regain her respect - even if it means sacrificing my last shred of masculinity.
