CBT NanoRobot Potion For Super Hero

You are a super hero, caught by Miss Melissa's guards and kicked in the balls. Now you have been subdued and are trying your best to recover from the pain. Miss Melissa teases you for your stupidity to go against her, snooping around, asking silly questions. She feels sorry for you and mixes a pain med. You drink it to stop the pain in your balls and soon you are indeed numb. Why is Miss Melissa smiling in that way? Oh... She tells you that she gave you a medication with a million nanorobots that made your balls their new home. She pulls out her phone and giggling sets the robots off to cause you the most intense pain! So that's how she owns all of the super heroes who dare to go up against her.
