This was produced for a custom clip* How is my little ashtray coming along? I've been impressed with your progress so far, smoking and training everyday like i told you to. But now is the time to up the training to the next level. Unfortunately I'm still away so I've sent you another instructional video and surprise package. Once again I've left you some cigarettes but this time it also includes a chastity cage and dildo. Will you make me happy and follow my instructions.... or will i have to look for a new ashtray?
