You must follow my instructions, see how long you can resist before you have to start stroking. Practice waiting until I give permission before stroking if you can. I know it's a challenge but I promise there will be time at the end for pleasure. If you're not satisfied by the end, buy the video again and challenge yourself again like a good boy should.
