Aroma Dental Fixation

You arrive nervous for a dental appointment... the nurse has run out of laughing gas so gets a bottle of aroma out her bag and makes you sniff.... as you sniff the nurse uses her dental tools inside your mouth then inside her mouth... as you gives you more and more aroma she starts to become teasing and sexual... is this an aroma dream? or is this really happening?
